Introducing Social Flows

We’re rolling out workflows designed specifically for social data. These flows let you:

• Configure custom signals across multiple social platforms
• Automate listening, filtering, and actions end-to-end
• Build cross-channel workflows to fit your team’s exact needs

This means you’ll be able to create powerful, automated pipelines that capture the right signals, enrich them, and connect them into your broader sales, marketing, or product workflows.

Expanding Your Listening Sources

We’re going beyond traditional platforms. With this transition, you’ll now be able to track additional sources, including:

• Podcasts
• YouTube
• Reddit
• Business Networks
• Newsletters

This expansion makes Trigify the most comprehensive B2B platform for capturing conversations, signals, and buying intent across the channels that matter to your business.

Not only have we introduced new sources, but we’ve also added a brand new view, complete with additional filters and monitoring modes such as Profile, Channel, or Subreddit monitoring.

Please note: This upgrade is a complete architectural change. As a result, you’ll need to re-create your social listening searches in the new view after November 4th 2025. Any current saved searches won’t carry over automatically.

Introducing Credits

What is a Credit? A credit is a unit of work inside Trigify. Each time we process data or execute part of a workflow, credits are consumed.

How Credits Work:

• Social Post Collected - 1 credit
• Signal Flow Nodes - 1-3 credits depending on the node
• Credits reset monthly, based on your plan allowance
• Credit balances and usage are visible in your dashboard

This change makes usage transparent, fair, and flexible.

Profile Engagement is exempt from credits and continues to operate under an unlimited model. Credits are only for Social Listening & Signal Flow's.

Disclaimer - Profile Engagement is only available on package deals NOT on PAYG. Profile Engagement won't work via Social Flow's at this current time. The team are working hard on adding a Engagement Node into the Social Flows.
