Since transitioning to social data in late 2024, we've been laser-focused on putting actionable signals at the centre of everything we build. We're excited to start sharing more about what we have been cooking up in the next phase of Trigify.
What's changing:
We're transforming Trigify from a data source into a comprehensive agent-powered social intelligence platform. Our exciting new capabilities will include:
- Smart Workflow Builder - Route and process data exactly how your team needs it
- Ready-to-Use Agent Templates - Deploy proven signal detection instantly, no setup required
- Automated Insights Engine - We identify the key patterns and opportunities automatically
- Intelligent Recommendations - Get specific, actionable next steps based on your signals
To deliver these powerful new use cases, we will be streamlining the process through our Listening hub, which will become your central gateway for social and signal data within the platform.
As part of this upgrade, standalone 'Account Signals' will be discontinued from the current platform interface on Wednesday, 4th June and will start to be integrated into our next phase.
This marks an exciting shift away from legacy listening platforms that simply collect data and put a pile of mentions on your desk. We're moving beyond the old model of overwhelming teams with raw social chatter without clear direction.
Instead, Trigify will act as your intelligent signal processor - filtering out the noise, identifying what matters, and guiding your next steps. Rather than sifting through endless mentions, you get clear, actionable intelligence that connects directly to pipeline opportunities.
