1. Introduction

Welcome to Trigify.io Limited (“Trigify”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide technology and data tools that help businesses generate leads and insights. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, products, and services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, placing a payment card on file, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business Users Only

You represent and warrant that you are acting for purposes of your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer. These Terms form a business-to-business agreement. Consumer cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.

3. Accounts & Sign-In

3.1 Account creation. An account is required to use the Services. During sign-up we collect and securely process details such as name, email, and authentication data using trusted providers (including Stripe for payments and Clerk for auth).
3.2 Sign-in options. Google sign-in is supported. LinkedIn sign-up/sign-in is not supported.
3.3 Security. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Use the “Forgot Password” process if needed.
3.4 Teams & agencies. You may invite team members to a single organisation account. Agencies may invite clients. Affiliate/reseller activity requires prior written approval.

4. Plans, Credits & Card-on-File

4.1 Credit model. Trigify operates on a credit basis. Specific actions consume credits; current rates and what each action costs are shown in-product.

4.2 Starter credits. New accounts receive 250 promotional credits. Promotional credits are free, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may have earlier expiry (see Section 7).

4.3 Buying credits and plans. You can (a) purchase pay-as-you-go credit packs, and/or (b) take out a subscription that includes a periodic credit allowance and other plan features.

4.4 Card required before use. A valid payment card must be placed on file to activate the account and before using the Services.

4.5 PAYG card verification pre-authorisation. If you sign up to a pay-as-you-go (“PAYG”) account, we may place a temporary pre-authorisation (typically US$1–US$2) on your payment card to verify that the card is valid and active. This is not a fee and is refunded or released automatically by our payment processor and/or your bank. The time taken for this to disappear from your statement depends on your bank.

4.6 Authorisation & pre-authorisations. By adding a card you authorise us and our payment processor to store it, place temporary pre-authorisations or verification charges (released promptly), and to charge it for purchases, enabled auto-top-ups, applicable taxes, and fees. Strong Customer Authentication may be required.

4.7 Auto-top-up (optional). If enabled, you authorise merchant-initiated transactions for the displayed amounts and frequency. You can disable this at any time in billing settings. We will notify you when auto-top-ups occur.

4.8 Usage caps. If your balance reaches zero and auto-top-up is disabled, usage may pause until additional credits are added.

5. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

5.1 Prices & VAT. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT (and other applicable taxes) will be added at checkout.
5.2 Invoicing. Receipts/invoices are issued electronically.
5.3 Price and fee changes. We may change prices, credit denominations, or plan features. Material changes to recurring charges will be notified in advance and will take effect on renewal or next purchase.
5.4 Currency & charges. Charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may add fees or FX spreads.
5.5 No set-off. You must pay all amounts without set-off or counterclaim.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Chargebacks

9.1 No time-based free trial. We do not offer a 7-day trial. Starter credits are provided under Section 6.2.
9.2 Credits are non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account and available for use, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law or under Section 9.3.
9.3 Service failure remedy. If a severe technical fault on our side prevents reasonable use of newly purchased credits, notify us within 14 days with details. After investigation, we may provide an appropriate remedy (e.g., replacement credits or a refund for the affected purchase).
9.4 Subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription any time in billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Amounts already charged for the current billing period are not refunded, and access continues until the end of that period (unless we agree otherwise in writing).
9.5 Account cancellation. You can cancel your account via settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents new charges but does not convert unused credits into cash.
9.6 Mistaken/duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days; confirmed errors will be corrected promptly.
9.7 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access while we investigate and may pass through chargeback fees where the dispute is unfounded.
9.8 If the Service is wholly unusable for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours after you have first notified us in writing, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and issues outside our reasonable control (including customer or third-party systems), we may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent service credits for the affected period

7. Credit Expiry & Inactivity

7.1 Purchased credits. Purchased credits expire no sooner than 12 months from purchase. The current expiry date is displayed in your account.
7.2 Promotional credits. Starter/promotional credits may carry shorter expiry, shown in-product.
7.3 Reminders. We will send reasonable reminders before credits expire.
7.4 No cash redemption. Credits are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash, except if required by law.

8. Usage Rights & Acceptable Use

8.1 Licence. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
8.2 Restrictions. You must not:

  • scrape or attempt to extract data in ways that circumvent provided features;
  • interfere with or degrade the Service;
  • probe or breach security;
  • use the Service unlawfully, to spam, or to infringe rights;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our consent.
    8.3 Fair use & rate limits. We may apply technical limits to protect the platform and all users.

9. Service Availability & Support

9.1 Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.
9.2 Support. Support is available via Slack, live chat, and email. We aim to address reported technical issues within 48 hours.

10. Marketing & Brand Usage

10.1 Use of your name/logo. You grant us permission to reference your organisation’s name and logo in customer lists, websites, decks, and case studies. You may revoke this permission on reasonable notice if you have legitimate concerns.
10.2 Your use of our brand. You may reference and discuss Trigify truthfully. Do not use our brand in misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate ways, or for resale/licensing/merchandising without consent. We may withdraw permission if usage is inappropriate.
10.3 Direct marketing (PECR). We will send electronic marketing only in line with UK PECR (including “soft opt-in” where applicable). Every message includes an unsubscribe option. We do not use pre-ticked boxes for consent.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

11.1 Privacy Policy. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (which forms part of these Terms).
11.2 Data handling. We apply industry-standard security, restrict access to authorised personnel, and use vetted sub-processors.
11.3 Data deletion. On account closure, we will handle retention and deletion per our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may request data deletion; statutory/legitimate retention may apply.

12. Security

12.1 Technical measures. We use encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and secure authentication.
12.2 Payments. Card data is processed by PCI-compliant providers. We may require Strong Customer Authentication.
12.3 Incidents. We will act promptly and notify you where legally required.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Our IP. The Services, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us. No IP rights transfer to you except the licence in Section 8.1.
13.2 Your inputs. You retain rights to data you lawfully input. You grant us a licence to process it as necessary to operate the Services.

14. Disclaimers & Liability

14.1 Information accuracy. While we work hard to provide useful insights, outputs may depend on third-party data and analysis and may not be error-free.
14.2 No warranties. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.3 Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits/revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us for the Services in that period, or (b) £1,000. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Suspension & Termination

15.1 By us. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create platform risk (e.g., security threats, scraping), or fail to pay.
15.2 By you. You may terminate at any time via settings or by contacting support.
15.3 Effect. On termination, your licence ends and access stops. We may retain minimal records as required by law. Credit handling is per Sections 6 and 7.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-product, email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes in good faith (including mediation). Subject to that, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
