1. Introduction

Welcome to Trigify.io Limited ("Trigify.io", "we", "us", "our"), a company specializing in providing advanced technology solutions designed to help businesses generate more leads by leveraging intelligent data extraction and analysis.

These Terms and Conditions set forth the legal agreement between Trigify.io and all users of the platform, defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities that govern the use of our services.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to abide by these legally binding terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, we kindly request that you discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • There are no specific restrictions on who can sign up for or use the Trigify.io platform, meaning that individuals, businesses, and organizations from any industry are welcome to utilize our services for their intended purposes.
  • Users must create an account to access the platform, and during this process, their details—including name, email address, and relevant account credentials—will be securely stored in Stripe, Clerk, and our internal database to facilitate account management, authentication, and billing.
  • Users have the option to sign in via Google for ease of access; however, due to privacy and security policies, we do not allow users to register or log in using their LinkedIn credentials.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. As Trigify.io does not store user passwords, those who forget their credentials must use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset them or contact support for further assistance.

3. Usage Rights & Restrictions

  • The specific level of access and functionality available to users is determined by their selected subscription plan, with different tiers offering varying features, data extraction limits, and analytical capabilities.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities such as web scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or any malicious actions that could compromise the integrity, performance, or fair use of the platform. Any detected violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
  • Users may invite additional team members to join under a single organisation account, and agencies working with clients may extend invitations. However, those interested in becoming affiliates or resellers must first obtain approval by contacting hugo@trigify.io.

4. Trial Period & Subscription

  • Trigify.io offers a 7-day free trial period, allowing users to explore and evaluate the platform’s functionalities. Users requiring an extension must formally submit a request with justification to hugo@trigify.io for review.
  • During the trial, users gain unrestricted access to all core features but may face restrictions on data filtering and extraction capabilities to prevent excessive usage.
  • Upon expiration of the trial, users are not automatically charged or transitioned to a paid plan. Instead, they are moved to a limited freemium model, retaining access to basic functionalities unless they manually upgrade to a paid subscription.

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests after the purchase of a paid subscription, as the trial period serves as an opportunity for customers to evaluate the service and make an informed decision prior to purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where the platform experiences a severe technical malfunction that prevents the user from accessing or utilizing the service. Such incidents must be reported promptly and documented prior to the submission of a refund request.
  • Users wishing to cancel their active subscriptions may do so directly within their account settings on the platform, by contacting our support team via the Slack channel, or by emailing hugo@trigify.io with their request.
  • In compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations, all user data associated with a canceled account will be stored securely, and permanent deletion can be requested by contacting hugo@trigify.io.

6. Marketing & Brand Usage

  • By registering for an account, users acknowledge and grant Trigify.io permission to feature their company logo and name in marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and case studies showcasing successful engagements with our platform.
  • Registered users are permitted to use the Trigify brand name and logo online to reference, discuss, or promote their genuine use of our services. Users may not exploit the Trigify brand or logo for direct financial gain through resale, licensing, merchandising, or in any unauthorised commercial activity beyond the reasonable benefit derived from authentic social media engagement or audience growth. Additionally, the Trigify brand or logo must not be used in a misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate manner. We reserve the right to revoke permission for brand usage if we determine such usage to be inappropriate or detrimental to the Trigify brand.
  • All users who sign up for a free trial or paid subscription are automatically enrolled in our marketing communications list, receiving valuable updates, insights, and exclusive offers via email. Users may opt out at any time.
  • All marketing communications from Trigify.io include an easily accessible unsubscribe link, allowing users to remove themselves from future correspondence while ensuring their contact information remains securely stored in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Transactional emails containing essential account information, such as invoices, security alerts and billing notifications, will not include an unsubscribe link, as these communications provide immediate and necessary account-related updates.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • While Trigify.io makes every effort to provide accurate and valuable insights, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the data presented on our platform. Data insights are subject to variability due to external factors beyond our control.
  • Trigify.io assumes no responsibility for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use, misuse, or interpretation of the data and insights provided by the platform. Users are solely responsible for their own application of the information obtained.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • Trigify.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in activities such as unauthorized data scraping, unlawful use of extracted data, or persistent behavior that violates platform guidelines despite prior warnings.
  • If we determine, at our sole discretion, that an account poses risks to the platform, other users, or our business interests, we may suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice.
  • Upon account termination, all user data will be permanently deleted in compliance with GDPR and relevant data privacy laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions, along with any related agreements and policies, shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before escalating to formal legal proceedings.
  • The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters arising from the enforcement or interpretation of these terms.
